Settings → See all settings → Signature → Create new. Click Copy signature here, paste into the box, Save.
Outlook (web / new Outlook)
Settings → Account → Signatures → New signature. Paste, Save. Classic Outlook for Windows shows the logo without the animation.
Apple Mail
Click Copy signature here. In Mail: Settings → Signatures → pick your account → +. Untick "Always match my default message font", select the placeholder text on the right, paste (⌘V), close Settings.
